The user did not satisfy certain conditions or a competency level. This verb is the opposite of https://w3id.org/xapi/adl/verbs/satisfied.

graded

The user got a grade in its gradebook.

partially-passed

The user partially passed an activity. This verb is a qualified alternative to http://adlnet.gov/expapi/verbs/passed and http://adlnet.gov/expapi/verbs/failed.

partially-satisfied
